Aperol Spritz

  • 3 ounces prosecco
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce soda water or ginger beer
  • Garnish: orange wheel

French Martini

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord - raspberry liquor
  • Garnish: lemon twist or cherry
